Here are some common problems and solutions. If, after reading these, you are still having problems, please do e-mail us by clicking here.

Q1. I registered before, but I'm having trouble logging in.
A1. It's possible that your username and password are slightly different than you remember. Click here to go to the "Forgot Password" screen; answer a few questions (so we know that you are who you say you are!) and both your username and password will be e-mailed to you.

Q2. I've almost completed registration; I just received my confirmation e-mail, but when I type the confirmation code I received by e-mail into the password field, I get rejected.
A2. The confirmation code does not go in the password field. Rather, the e-mail confirmation code is entered after you log back into the site. First, login using the username and password that you selected at the start of the registration process. You'll then see a screen asking for the e-mail confirmation code. Enter the code, and all should be fine.

Q3. Why do we ask you to log into the site after you receive your e-mail confirmation code?
A3. It's a security precaution; in case you accidentally supplied someone else's e-mail address, they won't be able to access your information on the site with only a confirmation code.
